- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging
- Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for products that are damaged due to misuse.
How to Request a Refund

- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Reason for the refund request
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Please note: Some banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Return Pickup
In eligible cases, we may arrange a return pickup. In certain areas, you may be asked to return the product via a local courier with the shipping cost reimbursed upon proof.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items on clearance or promotional offers
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
